Description

A series of lectures and laboratories dealing with medical, surgical, and peripartum reproductive diseases of horses. In lectures, emphasis is placed on clinical signs, pathophysiology, diagnosis, management and treatment of common diseases, conditions and injuries of horses in western Canada. Laboratories complement lectures in providing instruction and practice of important clinical examination and diagnostic techniques.

Restriction(s)

Successful completion of Year 2 of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program.

Note

Students with credit for VLAC 452 or VLAC 472 will not receive credit for this course.
