Description

This elective course is designed to provide veterinary students who have an interest in food supply veterinary medicine with a broad background to the structure, organization, and economics of the beef industry. Labs and lectures will focus on preventive medicine, records, economics, and nutrition.

Restriction(s)

Successful completion of Year 2 of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program.
