CE 827 24 January 2017

Bioremediation research and technical development requires a combined knowledge of physicochemical properties, the fate and transport contaminants in the environment, and microbial interaction with contaminants and environmental matrices. This course is designed to provideadvanced and combined knowledge of mass transfer and microbial environmental processes in natural and engineered environments. The engineering aspects of microbially enhanced remediation systems and associated quantitative analyses will be investigated.
