Current and emerging soil management practices in the prairies are covered, including crop rotation, fertilization, tillage and pest control strategies. Scientific principles and research approaches required for the development of beneficial management practices are examined and discussed, using relevant examples from Saskatchewan agriculture. B>Prerequisite(s) Enrolment in a graduate program.
